Okay, so last week, I'm making my legendary (according to me, anyway) ratatouille. The sun is blazing, right into my eyes. I'm squinting, chopping onions like I'm trying to win a staring contest with a particularly pungent vegetable. And I think, "Ugh, these basic blinds are killing my vibe!" Seriously, who designed these things? Functionality over flair? Never!
